Telesales / Telemarketing Executive

In charge of:

  • Execute outbound calls promoting banking products.
  • To build relationship and rapport with customers over the phone.
  • Providing high standard of services by following presentation guidelines and sales script.
  • Responsible for achieving sales targets.
  • Validate and verify customer’s information and details accurately.


  • Good communication skills in Bahasa Melayu (main) or English.
  • Ability to speak in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
  • Must be energetic, positive minded, dedicated, result oriented and a good team player.
  • Fresh Graduates / Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply as training will be provided.
  • Candidate with working experience in tele financial or banking industry are added advantage.

Team Lead / Telemarketing Manager

In charge of:

  • Managing a team of telemarketing executive who call leads through listing provided and generated via online platforms.
  • Training, motivating, monitoring and performance managing of our telesales team.
  • Coaching and mentoring the team to handle customer rejections, enquiries and complaints.
  • Have determined sales driven attitude when meeting up with prospects for sales presentation.


  • At least 1-2 years of experience in relevant field (property, insurance, banking).
  • Must be resilience, enthusiasms, determination and charismatic leadership.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written in Bahasa Melayu and English.
  • Possessed own transport and willing to travel for sales appointments.
